      I recommend 65mm flat burr instead of 48mm conical burr. A good choice for Eureka Oro Mignon Single Dose Espresso. If you insist on conical burrs, you can buy Niche Zero. 🙌

    Hocam selamlar. Kahvekulübünde konuşmuştuk bir ara hatırlarsanız. Ben de kendi çapımda bir home baristayım diyebilirim. Ekipmanlarım delonghi dedica ve eureka mignon specialita. Makinem başlangıç seviyesi olsa da içilebilir, keyif veren espressolar, haliyle latte ve americanolar (sıcak ve soğuk) çıkartabiliyorum biraz uğraş sonucunda. Size bir sorum olacaktı. Önerebileceğiniz bir su markası var mıdır acaba? Forumda dolaştım detaylı araştırma ve inceleme yapan arkadaşlar var ama her kafadan bir ses çıkınca kafam karıştı açıkçası o yüzden ben de size sormak istedim. Eve bir su markasının aboneliğini başlatmak istiyorum, aynı zamanda da makinemden çıkan espressoya uygun güzel bir su olsun istiyorum ondan soruyorum. Çok teşekkürler şimdiden.

      Selam Batuhan, su konusunda pek bir bilgim yok açıkçası ben de senin gibi forumda uzun uzun okumalar yaptım. Espresso makinelerinde farklı sularla demlenmiş espressolar hazırlayıp tadım testi de yapamıyorsunuz malum bir depo boşalması gerekiyor. Şu an Fuska (sapanca) su kullanıyorum. pH 7.5 iletkenlik 101.7 Bulunduğunuz bölgedeki Fuska su Sapancadan doldurulmuş suları satmıyor olabilir. Bulabilirseniz deneyin belki seversiniz :)

      Teşekkürler tüm teknikler genelde tadı yani dengeli demlenmeyi etkiler. Kahvede krema oluşumu taze kavrulmuş kahve çekirdeklerinden oluşur. Yani krema dediğimiz şey co2 baloncukları aslında 😊 görsel olarak iyidir ama tadı acı olur 🙌🏻

      Emeğinize sağlık gerçekten harika görünüyor. Peki ev için makine tavsiyeniz var mıdır marka ve model olarak. Uzun zamandır araştırıyorum ama karar veremedim açıkçası. Sage, Gaggia, Gtech var şuan aklımda. Alternatif tavsiyeniz varsa alabilirim.

Gaggia italyan espresso makineleri arasında giriş segmenti kabul edilebilir. 58mm portafiltresi ile fiyat performans ürünü sayılır. Aklınızda olsun ne alırsanız alın iyi bir öğütücü espresso için şart. Bütçenizin büyük kısmını öğütücüye ayırmanız gerekebilir :)

      Merhaba, bu videoda öğütmeyi hario mini slim plus ile yapıyorum. Sage ile öğütmek için hem iç çapağı hem de öğütme boyutunu maksimuma ayarlamanız gerekir. Öğütücü temizliği yaparken birkaç kez denedim iyi sonuç veriyor.
